I’ve been strength training consistently for about three months now more or less. In order to get myself back into the habit of posting something on here I’m going to reach back in my lifting logs and start posting them on here daily. Since I only lift three times a week it won’t take me long to catch up.
My intent is that this will serve a multitude of functions. 1) As stated earlier it will get me back in the habit of posting on here. Don’t know why I care if I do but I do, so I’m going to give it a shot. 2) It will allow (force?) me to review my logs and my progress as well as my mistakes and missed workouts. Will anything interesting or useful come from that? Don’t know. We’ll see. 3) It will give me the chance to post some thoughts and insights that I have had during this process thus far. 4) It will help me to think through my decisions regarding my future training plans.
Here we go.
