I got frustrated with how long it’s taking to get caught up on posting my workout backlog, so I’m going to double up. I’ll post two old workouts a day (at 0800 and 1400) until I’m caught up. At this rate that should be in about two and a half weeks.
Even as I type that I’m starting to think that’s a little bit too long as well. But on the other hand I don’t want to just flood 30 workout posts out there at one time. However, considering that there’s absolutely no reason to be doing any of this (blogging) to begin with, I doubt it matters what schedule I do it on. So for now I’m going to stick with two-a-day workout posts, get caught up, and then start posting in real time in the second full week of January.
If I get motivated to actually look at my logs, think about them, analyze them, and write about them I’ll do so in between the scheduled daily postings.
